What started as a small construction project in the 1950s developed into a 10-acre National Historic District designed and built by artist Ted DeGrazia. The Gallery in the Sun Museum is home to a colorful array of DeGrazia originals, including oil paintings, watercolors and ceramics. The City of Douglas Presents: Last Supper Museum! The Last Supper Museum houses an impressive collection of artworks inspired by the iconic biblical event—the Last Supper. These diverse pieces of art come in various mediums, including coal, mother of pearl, volcanic ash, and gourd, among others. The museum features works from over 50 countries, making it the world’s largest collection of Last Supper-themed art. The museum is located in a 113-year-old building in the heart of Douglas, Arizona. It is open from Tuesday to Sunday, between 10:00 AM and 4:30 PM (closed on Mondays).

The City of Douglas Presents: Douglas Art Gallery. The Douglas Art Association Gallery, Inc. is an organization operated exclusively by volunteers who have a love of all things art. From our President to our dedicated Docents, we all love our community, our artists / crafts-people and the sweet satisfaction we feel by serving the people in our surrounding areas. We are not a typical gallery in that we are Non-Profit. Meaning that any income we obtain goes back into increasing our ability to serve. None of our Board of Directors, volunteers or Docents receive pay of any kind. We occasionally grant monetary assistance to deserving local groups and artists. We invite a new artist each month to show their collection of original art and allow them to either sell or not sell their work on our website. We also offer some of our better art pieces for sale on our website. Please check back frequently to see what we have to offer. Remember we are open from Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 1pm every week.
